Description

QTJ4-26C concrete block making machine is one kind of semi automatic block making machine, which is developed on the basis of small and medium model. The position-setting of the mould and the discharge head are more accurate. The down-mould adopts the vertical, directional vibrating device while the up-mould uses the pressure vibrating. So the blocks made by this block making machine are even, high in density and strength. Also the automatic material distributing system greatly increases the productivity.

The semi-automatic block making machine, by application of fly ash and other industrial waste, can produce color cart road bricks, lawn bricks, cavity bricks, perforated cellular brick, kerbed bricks, tree well bricks and water conservancy revetment bricks, which are widely used in the construction of municipal works, buildings, garden sand roads and its productivity is very high.
